Jeff Matthews is a drummer, composer and audio engineer based out of Philadelphia, PA. Formerly a member of the Philadelphia-based rock band The Good Excuses, his music has been featured on the popular radio stations 93.3 WMMR and 93.7 WSTW. As a live performer with 20 years of experience he has performed on radio 104.5 WRFF and played as the opening act for internationally successful groups such as The Roots and Everclear.
As a composer Jeff's credits include the soundtrack to the 'Time-Bot' retro video game and the opening theme song for the 'Bag of Flicks' movie tribute podcast. He is currently composing the score for the horror movie 'Pale Black' and the video game 'SON.NET.'
As an audio engineer Jeff has mixed and/or mastered several albums, including Gentle Robot's debut album "We'll Make It" as well as both the albums "Binge Thinking" and "30 Minutes for Less" for The Good Excuses.
